We’ve taken all our cars there to be serviced For several years we’ve even recommended them to family and friends. They are easy to work with and they usually get everything done in a day or two.

This is an honest establishment. They provided me with a refund after they were unable to fix my engine. Whenever I might have car problems again, I will return here. They deserve the AAA certification that they have.

I brought my vehicle here twice in the last week. They are responsive, communicative and quick with service. I did not give them five stars because I feel that they are more expensive than their competitors. Also, I feel that the repair would have required only one drop off, and considerably less anxiety for me, had they been more thorough the first time with taking it out and testing the repair. I feel that they would probably say the same thing seeing as how I needed to bring it back for the same issue in less than 24 hours. I am giving them 4 stars instead of 3, because they did provide me with a loaner car at no charge so I could get home the second time. When I picked my car up and dropped off their loaner it was very quick, the woman behind the counter gave me my key and sent me on my way.

Thank you so much for your wonderful service. Robert tried to tell me I was due 3-4 o'clock and I said he had told me 2:00. Robert...you were right and you still got me taken care of from 2 to 3. I checked my cell phone when I got home to see that I had been wrong. I'll give Fox Run Auto's name to anyone looking for help. You're worth it all! Thanks again, Joyce
