Mike went above and beyond multiple times to diagnose and attempt to address a puzzling issue with my car. He investigated multiple possibilities, was honest and up front about what he was finding or not finding, offered to spend time going through the information and data I had collected, and checked into every potential he could think of. We're not sure if he ended up fixing the issue. Time will tell. But I could tell he was really trying to help solve the issue and cared about making sure I was getting the best service possible.
