What a phenomenal experience. The team at Fox Run Auto is superb. We had a serious check engine issue and my car required spark plugs and coils due to a misfire. They were able to sense our urgency and diagnosed our issue right away. They took the time to explain the issue, the repair, the cost, upfront and honestly. They offered some no pressure additional services that I might want to consider as they were going to be working on that part of the car. Again no pressure whatsoever!! They had me up and running in no time and their customer service was exceptional. They will answer any questions or concerns you have. Just good old, honest, operation which is rare to find these days. I will forever use them for our auto repairs and recommend them with the highest endorsement!! A+++

Mike at Foxrun Auto was thorough through out. He called before starting any work, explained the problem, cost to fix it. The turnaround time to install the brakes and oil change was quick too. Even the front office and the crew are helpful.

So I just had my car serviced here and I'm so grateful for this business. They went above and beyond, priced lower than expected (yes I Google estimates) and fixed everything not only in a timely manner but with a smile on their face. When I say everyone was warm and welcoming as well as proficient I mean it. If you're in need of car repair, whatever it may be, please don't hesitate to contact them. You WILL be satisfied. More than satisfied, but appreciative that they took care of your baby just as you would without breaking your pockets. I recommend them a million times over. So much so that I'm willing to drive almost 2 hrs to them for any other issues I may get in the future. HUGE PLUS, they do not at all try to persuade you to do anything. They make you aware of what other potential issues they've seen and leave it up to you to decide. This is amazing especially since most mechanics try to do the used car salesman bs with you. That of course gets uncomfortable and makes you wonder if they're all but money but this company is about mission accomplishments and I can do nothing but respect it. Great work, I really needed a rear wheel alignment but they don't offer it, but the service was awesome and friendly.
