BEAR AUTO REPAIR

My 1st experience with Fox Run Auto was wonderful. Not only were they kind and curtius but it wasn't a easy job. It was done in a short time and they will definitely be who I recommend to friends and will be who I go to in the future.

A good and honest mechanic shop! I gave them a try because I wasn't happy with my old mechanic. I walked in with no appointment needing someone to look at my work truck. 2 days later they sadly couldn't fix it due to a proprietary software issue from Dodge. They gave me a free diagnosis. The second time I brought my personal vehicle in, it was going to be a costly repair on an old SUV that wasn't worth my investment. Again I got a free in depth diagnostic. Third time was the charm for them, I brought another personal vehicle into them for dinner maintenance and a repair, they had it diagnosed and repaired in a few days. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Having failed DE inspection, I was referred to your business. I appreciate your honesty in assessing the condition of my vehicle and advising that spending money on the vehicle would not be worth it. I have been looking for a reliable car repair shop in the Newark area, and I believe that I have found one. Once I have found a new vehicle, I know where I will take it for service.
