This was an unplanned maintenance on a recently purchased (used) car which required it to be towed in to the shop. Fox Run handled it from start to finish. I called their office, they came and picked up the car with a flat bed hauler, quickly diagnosed problem and had me back up and running soon thereafter. I've had all my cars worked on there for years and won't go anywhere else.

They have done routine maintenace items as well as complicated work such as replacing the transmission in my Acura. two cars and three different problems later our cars are doing just fine again. I wont say that getting a car fixed is cheap but I think fox automotive is the most reasonable and reliable shop you can find in the economic times we are in now. I now have that feeling like if something goes wrong with my car, they will be there to get it done.
