On my recent visit, I did not need to give my name either when making the appointment over the phone or when I dropped off the keys. That personal touch on top of the high quality of work distinguishes them from every other garage and it's why I have taken my vehicles there for over a decade.

I appreciate the great service and timely reminders. The service on my van was fine. I am disappointed that I had to pay for a tire rebalance on my Toyota today when it had been a result of the service I received in March. I had called ASAP upon discovering the balance issue but hadn't come in right away as I was too busy. I didn't complain however because it had been a couple of months since the problem cropped up.

I am always impressed with the service I receive at Fox Run Auto. Their attention to detail and caring attitude blows all other facilities out of the water. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.
