I have been going to Fox Run Auto for years. I find them to be very consistent in the way they treat their customers.They find are polite and honest. They aren't just out to make a quick buck.I new Mike Defino when he just started out and he hasn't changed a bit, which is why he has been so successful.

Office atmosphere is business-like yet very friendly. Company does a good job retaining its employees who are very courteous and professional. Company makes good use of technology to diagnose and correct mechanical problems.

Everything was done to my satisfaction

My truck would intermittently shut off at highway speeds and stall at low speeds, causing loss of brakes and steering. Chip Wright not only jumped right on the problem, but found and repaired a broken wire behind the turbo pedstal, allowing me to continue with my vacation plans, and had a flawless trip. 7800 lb. Ford truck, 650 lb. Harley in back, 9800 lb. camper...loaded. 8% grades, switchbacks and hairpin turns on West Virginia's finest mountian roads...interesting. Confidence in the Fox Run Technicians...Pricless.
