BEAR AUTO REPAIR

Took my BMW in on a Monday morning without an appointment to diagnose a heat/cooling system issue. They were able to find the problem, order the parts and have the car ready to me by the end of business on the same day. Not necessarily the most economical of prices, but if you have a two car family and factor in the cost of a rental that would be otherwise needed for a 2-3 day repair anywhere else, it's pretty close to a wash.

Fast, honest, quality service. Hard to find in auto repair.

Called on my way home from work to see if they could fit me in that afternoon for an oil change. They were able to fit me in and was out. I appreciate knowing that they can work around my work schedule.

I appreciate the honesty in providing service to my Passat. I brought my car in for its 70,000 service and was hit with an estimate of $3500-$4000 of repairs. Mike was straighforward and advised me that if I was not attached to the car, I should go trade it in bc I will get full trade-in value at a dealer bc they will not put it on the lift to inspect. So, I did. I got $10K for the trade-in and bought a new 2012 Passat. Thanks for being honest and straightforward with me.
