I WAS EXPERIENCING AN INTERMITTENT A/C PROBLEM. I WAS PREPARED TO REPLACE THE CLUTCH AND/OR THE COMPRESSOR BASED ON MY INTERNET RESEARCH AT A PRICE OF AROUND $1,000.00. HOWEVER, MIKE A. TOOK THE TIME TO ACCURATELY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND FOUND THAT THE ISSUE COULD BE RESOLVED BY ADJUSTING THE "AIR GAP" IN THE CLUTCH BY REMOVING A SHIM. CLEARLY FOX RUN COULD HAVE SIMPLY REPLACED THE CLUTCH AND OR COMPRESSOR AND MADE MUCH MORE PROFIT THAN THEY DID. MY COST FOR THE REPAIR WAS $98.98. FOX RUN IS 100% HONEST IN THEIR DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR, EVEN WHEN IT MEANS LESS PROFIT FOR THEM. HOW REFRESHING! RANDY
