BEAR AUTO REPAIR

I WAS EXPERIENCING AN INTERMITTENT A/C PROBLEM. I WAS PREPARED TO REPLACE THE CLUTCH AND/OR THE COMPRESSOR BASED ON MY INTERNET RESEARCH AT A PRICE OF AROUND $1,000.00. HOWEVER, MIKE A. TOOK THE TIME TO ACCURATELY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND FOUND THAT THE ISSUE COULD BE RESOLVED BY ADJUSTING THE "AIR GAP" IN THE CLUTCH BY REMOVING A SHIM. CLEARLY FOX RUN COULD HAVE SIMPLY REPLACED THE CLUTCH AND OR COMPRESSOR AND MADE MUCH MORE PROFIT THAN THEY DID. MY COST FOR THE REPAIR WAS $98.98. FOX RUN IS 100% HONEST IN THEIR DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR, EVEN WHEN IT MEANS LESS PROFIT FOR THEM. HOW REFRESHING! RANDY

As always the diag and repair was handled quickly, professionally and with great communication. Dropped Jeep off, shortly after received a call with what was found and plan to repair in timely fashion at a fair cost. When I arrived to pick up the Jeep Fox Run took the time to review, explain and answer any questions. EXCELLENT JOB

I am always quite satisfied with the care, concern, dedication and professionalism of the owners and staff of Fox Run Auto. Any time there is a question or discrepancy, it is always dealt with fairly. Each time I asked the owner to speak with my son, a former Marine (now serving in the Air Force in Buffalo, NY) who has extensive experience in auto, truck and aircraft mechanics, he has done so on my behalf. As always I was treated with the same personal yet professional manner when making my appointment and when I arrived for service. I received a complete print out of what was done during my service visit and per my request...what future service/maintenance is needed and/or due for service on my vehicle. There is nothing like having trust in the shop that services your car...knowing that what needs to be done is what is done on your car with no push for unnecessary extras just to make a profit.
