Love Fox Run & they fixed all of my problems in a timely matter & at minimal cost. They are one of the few honest & reputable repair places around!

Awesome as usual. Everything was done that needed to be done and I'm satisfied with the work. I feel better knowing that with all the miles I put on my car for work, that things are done the way I'd been told they were done.

I've been having my various (all bought used) cars taken care of by Fox Run Auto for about 15 years. They are always fantastic, friendly, and very very honest. Being a single female with no car knowledge whatsoever, they are always patient to explain what is wrong. I find they are very honest and have no hestitation in saying "you just need a new car" rather than trying to make a buck. Whenever they have done repairs, the repairs have been expertly done. Even though I have moved away from Bear I still don't trust anyone else but "The Mikes"!

I used to take my car to the car dealership for service. I now take my car to Fox Run Auto because it is convenient, cost effective and teh service is better than I used ot get at the dealership.

I visited Fox Run Auto for the first time and received very friendly, detailed service with thorough and honest explanations. I was provided a vehicle for the time my car was being fixed (and it was fixed very quickly) and was kept updated along the way. Every update was careful and patient; I never felt rushed or pressured. I will definitely return for all my future Honda services.

The folks at Fox Run are honest, reliable and responsive to my immediate need following a collision. My only criticism is there follow up to let you know when the vehicle is ready for pick up. I always have to call to check in, and I think they should be calling me.
