Very proactive with estimated cost and very good customer service

Had 4 new tires put on but the chrome stems and caps were not put back on the stem valves. Was offered a rental due to an overnight stay for the vehicle.....did not use but was told I would get $30 off bill. Did not see the discount on my invoice. Very honest and knowledgeable techs. Trust them with all of my vehicle repairs. Recommend them often.

I've appreciated the service we've received at Fox Run Auto. I have just one issue: it seems that we have to repeat what we need done each time we come in for service. After speaking on the phone about the issues needing to be fixed, I'm asked again what needs to be done when I drop the car off....it seems this information should be logged during the initial call/conversation. In any case, they have been a great help and service overall.
