Very proactive with estimated cost and very good customer service

Had 4 new tires put on but the chrome stems and caps were not put back on the stem valves. Was offered a rental due to an overnight stay for the vehicle.....did not use but was told I would get $30 off bill. Did not see the discount on my invoice. Very honest and knowledgeable techs. Trust them with all of my vehicle repairs. Recommend them often.

The Fox Run team always does a great job in servicning our vehicles and is very much appreciated. On question I do have is with the last service we had we requested a tire rotation and upon returning home I did not notice that included on the invoice... Was it done?

Went in for an oil change and noise on passenger side steering. everything was done as noted, on time and within estimated cost.

Always a pleasant experience_ unlike most repair places. They are nice and always prompt and I feel like they don't try to find things wrong with your car- that really arent wrong!
