Every aspect of the Fox Run Auto experience is completed with the customer in mind. After scheduling a routine repair, I asked to reschedule once due to my own timing, then again to ask if they would take my brother's car ahead of me due to a more urgent repair need on his car. Each time this was done with no hassles at all. They were able to accomodate his car on short notice and get him back on the road, then handle my car the following day without any trouble. Now both of us are driving more safely. I'm always glad to know that the Mikes are there for our entire family's car needs.
