When I told your rep I had a $30 coupon in my glove box I was told it was only good if I spent more than $300. When I looked at the coupon I realized that was not true. It was sent at Christmas and was good until the end of Feb. It said it could even be used for an oil change. I spent over $200 and could have used it. Perhaps you need to update your reps on coupons you send out.. Other than that I'm very satisfied with your service
This was a follow up appointment for an oil leak in a 2000 Camry,and they found the source of the leak and were able to repair right away which was very much appreciated. Thanks

They get the work done as promised andon time. They are willing to work with you. I my case I have an older car and we discussed what should be repaired, what is on the wait list for repair and what would not be worth fixing.
