As I have only used Fox Runs' services only once I really cannot provide a complete review. However, Ido intend to use them again and I would and will recommend Fox Run Auto to others.

When I told your rep I had a $30 coupon in my glove box I was told it was only good if I spent more than $300. When I looked at the coupon I realized that was not true. It was sent at Christmas and was good until the end of Feb. It said it could even be used for an oil change. I spent over $200 and could have used it. Perhaps you need to update your reps on coupons you send out.. Other than that I'm very satisfied with your service
This was a follow up appointment for an oil leak in a 2000 Camry,and they found the source of the leak and were able to repair right away which was very much appreciated. Thanks
