It's such a pleasure to do business where I can rely on honest information about what my older car needs and doesn't need. My wait times are usually reasonable, but this visit took almost 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, & turn signal bulb replacement. During my long wait, I was not kept up to date as to why the appointment was taking so long.
The service at Fox Run Auto is always above and beyond. There is always a Mike ready to help and they know exactly what they are doing and how to explain it to those of us with less car intelligence then them. The entire process is beyond easy and the customer service you receive is beyond excellent. This is our one and only car service shop. We have never had any issues or any complaints.

My car has rather unusually sized tires, and Mike Decostanza gave me great, honest advice on tire replacement options. He was able to get the tires and have them mounted the following day. A typical Fox Run Auto experience solid service and a fair price.
