Very helpful even when calling after hours.

Long before I came to Fox Run Auto, I used to bring my car to the dealership. Even when it was brand new I was always told that something was wrong and the bill was always a large one, well over $500. After a few years of this I was telling a friend and he suggested Fox Run. I went back to the dealership for the last time. That's when they told me I needed new brakes. It didn't feel right because I didn't feel a difference when I drove the car. I went to Fox Run Auto and the rest is history. They told me that I had plenty of life left on the brakes. My point is this: No one is as honest or displays such integrity. That said, they are just the nicest guys in the business. They explain things and answer questions and are always helpful. We won't go anywhere else.

You never like to hear that your car will need more than just the routine maintenance, but I always know that the Mikes have my best interest at heart when recommending anything out of the ordinary. I rarely have to do much and they won't recommend anything that is not necessary. I rely on my car for a lot and I don't have multiple cars to rotate. I had just driven over 1,200 miles in two days to visit family in Detroit for a funeral and with nearly 180,000 miles on my car, I knew I could count on it because only the Mikes touch that car and it runs like a top. Above and beyond. I took my car there for something else and it turned out that that was not the problem. Mike knew right away. Honest very honest. I wasn't billed for something that wasn't wrong with my car.
