I first found Fox Run recommended to me by a friend who builds and races Porsches. He is also an engineer by trade so when I needed an honest and reliable shop he told me that hands down they are the best. They have worked on my Mini Cooper for years now and saved me tons of money and time instead of going to the dealership. I can always count on them to be fair, honest and timely in diagnosing a problem and all @ a fair price too. I would never hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone. They operate above and beyond with the highest if integrity, values and character. Trust can't be bought in today's business world but always earned. They've earned my trust. They have my vote if you're looking for a repair shop that exceeds expectations.

I have come here since they opened in 1999 and have always been a fully satisfied customer. The work is never shoddy, they never try to get you to do more things than you need, and you are treated as a name, not merely as a customer. When my wife's vehicle needed emergency service, they took the time to check and fix things and assure her that everything was safe. I trust them totally and without any reservations.

We just started to bring our car in to this shop and were pleasantly surprised at how courteous and informative the staff was. The service writer explained the big picture and then broke it down for us in laymans' terms so we could understand. Prompt service and they do what they can to exceed your expectations. All the employees in the shop are friendly and welcoming. Mike A. is who we normally deal with, has been extremely honest and open with everything that has ever come up with my vehicle.
