First time customer. Honest mechanics? Absolutely! Mike diagnosed, documentEd and showed me the issues with the car, along with the estimate prior to working on the car. Even reduced the price twice! Bringing all four of the family cars back!

10 years ago I moved from NJ to Bear De. I had trouble finding a competent auto repair shop. 4 years ago I found Fox Run Auto which has a courteous staff that includes trained personnel and certified mechanics. Their pricing is fair and competitive and they have never given me cause to look for a new auto repair shop.

"The Mikes" have been keeping my family's cars running ever since we moved to Delaware 17 years ago. They provide helpful explanations of diagnoses & stand by their work. Highly recommended!

I have come here since they opened in 1999 and have always been a fully satisfied customer. The work is never shoddy, they never try to get you to do more things than you need, and you are treated as a name, not merely as a customer. When my wife's vehicle needed emergency service, they took the time to check and fix things and assure her that everything was safe. I trust them totally and without any reservations.

We just started to bring our car in to this shop and were pleasantly surprised at how courteous and informative the staff was. The service writer explained the big picture and then broke it down for us in laymans' terms so we could understand. Prompt service and they do what they can to exceed your expectations. We'll definitely continue using them.

My parents have been using this ship since they first moved to Delaware about 6 years ago. Naturally I followed their lead and started taking my car to Fox Run Auto as well. All the employees in the shop are friendly and welcoming. Mike A. is who we normally deal with, has been extremely honest and open with everything that has ever come up with my vehicle. Whether it is pricing, timing or the actual repairs, I have always been aware of what is going on behind the garage doors. Even though I do not live in Delaware anymore, I still make it a point to take my car to Fox Run Auto, or at least consult with the team there before thinking about going elsewhere.

My family and I have being dealing with Fox Run Auto for quite a few years. We have found the service to be reliable and reasonably priced. They are knowledgeable and detailed when performing service. Also they have responded quickly to emergency repairs while offering a loaner vehicles while the repairs were made. In all the years we used Fox Run Auto only once did I have a problem with the service performed and we were able to come to a compromised resolution of the matter.

The guys were great, Mike R made me feel like a valued, veteran customer even though I had never been there before. My vehicle was thoroughly examined and suggestions prioritized for me to choose. I choose to fix everything - the rate was competitive and the work was done quickly. I'm hoping my wife and I have found our mechanic to keep to service our 3 vehicles !
