Very good service, my second time here. I came in because my truck was making a loud noise, the tech found it was a belt. Albeit, a simple fix, I truly enjoyed the fact that the staff seems to have a good connection to customers. Both times, I felt like I was getting honest evaluations of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I didn't get names to compliment the staff, but everyone is nice.

Always a pleasure to deal with Fox Run Auto, Wouldn't go anywhere else for my car repair needs. They are fair and honest people.

The Mike(s) are always friendly, knowledgeable and listen well. Repairs are thorough, complete and only what was agreed upon, no surprises !

Excellent work from Mike and his team!My family drove 2+ hours and broke down on I-95. We were towed to Fox Run Auto. Although we missed them over the weekend, they contacted us Monday morning with a diagnosis of the problem very early. They were able to correctly identify the problems, fix them and all for a fair price, which they even lowered after finding a way to save costs. I drove the car home, 2 hours away with no problems. I really wish Fox Run Auto was closer to me. I own 5 vehicles and this is exactly the kind of repair shop I've been looking for. For any major work, it'll be worth the drive up for the excellent customer service and repairs, all at the right price.Jason from Columbia
