Fox Run Auto has always been very up front with any service I've had done. I've steered my whole family and friends to them because of their expertise, courtesy and always excellent service. I've learned over the years I never have to doubt what they recommend in the way of service. They are up front if a service they recommend can wait and how long they would suggest before I need to have it done. I have never had another automotive shop do that. I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent and reliable service. Everyone working at Fox Run gives 100% old time service and they actually care that your vehicle stays in tip top shape.

The Mikes have done it again. I find a problem, they figure it out quickly and fix it. Now I'm confident that my daughter will be safe driving her car...it's that simple. When an organization cares about your family members as much as the Mikes do, you cannot overlook that kind of dedication and commitment. If I have a problem with any of my cars, they always take the time to diagnose the problem, suggest remedies and discuss options that are available. While I wish I never had a problem with a car, when there is one, it's great to have these guys in your corner. When it comes to keeping my kids safe, I'll always put my trust in the Mikes, and I recommend them to anyone that I know, and even people I don't know through posts like this. Friendly, timely, professional service. However paperwork showed 5 qtrs oil changed. Car uses 6 qtrs. Asked tech and checked dip stick... confirmed 6 qtrs actually installed. Did not reset "oil usage % remaining" info center. Owner accomplished reset.
