Mike went beyond the simple diagnostics he took the additional time to search beyond the Car Manufactures service site, and went on the NHTSA site and found a recall on the problem that wasn't posted on makers site. Awesome! If he wasn't 200 miles away he'd be my go to. Dedicated and honest. (By the way I didn't get this same honesty from dealer they never mentioned recall until I showed them Mikes research) Thanks Mike you're one of the good ones.
