This is my first experience with Fox Run Auto and I am looking for a new service center for work on my 3 cars. This time was for an oil change. The work was done well and a good price. Here's what I liked: - Super easy to schedule an appointment. - I was greeted eye to eye by a person who asked me to wait while he finished up with a customer on the telephone. - The service writer looks and talks like they know car repair, not like a sales person who is interested in selling you a maintenance package. I observed the serviced writer talking with an older lady in plain language and making sure they were both clear in their communication. - The waiting room is a decent size and clean. - The check out process is quick and easy. - The employees were friendly,pleasant and there to service customers not make the customer wait while they chit chat with each other. - They finished on time as promised. I plan to bring some of my other repair work here in the future and will update my review after that experience.
