We got quoted much more to fix our car but Fox Run gave us a fair price and they gave me peace of mind that my car is safe to drive. Then they came and picked me up because it's our only car. I'd give 10 stars if I could thank you guys for the best service around.

I highly recommend this shop; they provide exceptional customer service with integrity. When there was a problem with one of the parts that were used in a previous service, Fox Run Auto spared no effort to make sure my issue was resolved. They provided a tow truck and let me borrow a car so that I could still get to work. Unlike some other shops I've dealt with in the past, they honored the service warranty for the parts and labor instead of trying to gouge me for more money. My family will definitely continue to bring our cars here.

I've gone to this shop for tires and brakes, and I've always been treated fairly and with respect. When there was a problem with one of the parts used during a recent service, they called a tow truck for me and let me have a loaner car so I wouldn't miss work, and I greatly appreciate that they honored their warranty on that service. I will definitely continue to bring my car here.

Fantastic work at a reasonable price

Had to get my disabled vehicle from a place where the people are quite difficult to deal with (JP Morgan) they arrived very quickly, dealt with the A- Hole guard service and got my cherished possesion away from them. They could have charged me much more but they were honest and their price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them for future repairs.

I can’t tell you how many fly-by-night mechanics, mom-and-pop garages, and chain garages I’ve used in the past. At some point, they all do something to make you wonder about their credibility or milk you for whatever money they can. I recently experienced a situation with Fox Run Auto where any other garage or mechanic would have all but stolen my wallet with nickle-and-dime tactics, but FRA didn’t do that to me. They handled the situation with integrity, care, and focus on me and my complaint. At the end of the situation, I’m not just satisfied, I’m genuinely happy. I’ve been using FRA for some years, now, and I likely will be for the foreseeable future because I know that they have integrity and stand behind their work.

The whole team there - from the front service staff to the folks getting their hands dirty - is beyond compare. Very professional in what they do and they are customer oriented. Highly recommended!
