After my son passed, I had to find a mechanic to look over my cars. Vinny and a few others understood this. I might have put the keys in the wrong mailbox, but they found them. I might have read your closing time wrong, but you where still there. I might not have known the correct light that needed replace, but you found it. Along with all of this Fox Run Auto went over my entire car, filled fluids, checked tires, brakes, all those things you forget about. Thank you so much for understanding your customers and be there for me.

The only negative thing is the way the man at the front desk spoke to me when I went to drop my Jeep off. He WAS using a pleasant tone though, when he told me twice not to get information off the internet. I told him how my Jeep would shake at highway speeds and that I brought it in because I know Jeeps are known for tie rod issues(this information I got from fellow Jeep owners NOT the internet). Fyi it WAS tie rod issues. That small complaint aside, the actual work done on my Jeep seems to be perfect, just like the last time I brought it to your shop. Everything done was explained to me and the mechanic and woman at the front desk were both very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Fox Run Auto to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

Took my car because of tire issues and the fixed it quickly and the ride feels better than when I first got the car. Drop off service was very convenient and so was the pickup. I'll be using them for everything going forward

People were courteous service was quick I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional My needs were addressed immediately. Answered my questions concerning other possible mileage issues that I had concerns with. Everything was addressed quickly. I can’t thank you enough
