This was first time using Fox Run and I had to have my truck towed to the location. Connie received my initial call and was so caring and said she will get me taken care of. Anthony also went over everything I need and kept me well informed. The Customer Service is excellent and they care, so thank you. I will be returning for all my Auto Repair! Thank you Mike

The guys and gals at Fox Run are always awesome to work with, they got me in for my oil change on my scheduled appointment time, and it was done 40 minutes later, and they even realized I needed new windshield wipers and got them on as well. Been a customer for 22 yrs and will keep being their customer.

I took my car in for an oil change and rear brakes, they actually saw my drivers side headlight was out and was kind enough to replace it for me so I didn't have to make another appointment. One of the biggest pet peeves of mine is greasy hand prints on my hood but at fox auto, I did not have to worry about that. This is my second visit and They were able to fit me in on a quick notice and and have been very polite, explaining everything they did and even asked if I had any questions or concerns. I feel like they actually care unlike other shops that I have been to in the past. They are my go to for any auto repairs for now on! Thank you fox auto for all you do!
