Car broke down on 40. AAA responded quickly and took car to Fox Run, a AAA approved shop. Fox Run Auto diagnosed the problem the next business day, made some other recommendations which were supported by manufacturer maintenance and had the car ready the next day. I found the pricing reasonable and would recommend Fox Run, and a AAA membership.

I've been a customer for years with several different cars. The Fox Run team always keep my family's vehicle safety first priority. This time they quickly diagnosed a heater problem as low coolant level that could cause serious engine damage due to the configuration of the water pump on this car's engine. They made the proper repair rather than just filling up the radiator and sending us on our way. I'm confident now that my family will safely get to where they need to be and have heat to keep them comfortable.

Have you ever heard not to judge a book by its cover? For those that look past first appearances you will already know how amazing this shop is! To those that don't, this is the time for change! Fox Run Auto might not be flashy but the multitude of cars outside will attest that the knowledge and expertise to service those vehicles is why they are there. From the moment I was there I was treated professionally and quickly, made to be comfortable in their waiting room during the service I was able to hear friendly consult, conversation and appreciation for every customer, new or old, that walked through the door. A honest shop working fire the working class because that just what they are... working class heroes! I dropped my car off due to an emergency situation (i.e. not scheduled) and they were not only able to diagnose the problem, but were able to fix it that same day!! Awesome.
