I haven't take a car to an auto service business in years, taking them to the dealerships instead. This was an excellent experience. Very friendly and kind people, courteous, prompt and professional. They will definitely see us again. Hopefully not too soon!

Once again, we had a issue with our truck and our van, first we knew it had a hard time starting, but after we dropped it off, it (the truck) decided to be on its best behavior with the Fox Run Team, and they tried everything they could to get it to duplicate the issues, but with no success, and after 3 days, returned it to us with no charge, but we dropped our van off with a oil leak that was on going since we brought it in for a oil change, and it was due to a oil pan nut just not completely tightened in 100% (a rarity). They changed the oil again, and made sure it was 100% good to go, and again no charge.. I love these guys and this Company! I recommend them to everyone!

Had my car towed to Fix Run as the brakes went out while I was driving on Friday afternoon. They checked out the problem, called me with the cost of repairs and advised they would need to keep it over the weekend and work on it first thing Monday. Monday they called to say the car was ready at around 10:30 am. They always give prompt service and Are courteous.

They were thorough and courteous. They gave me a detailed list of everything that they did and of every repair that my vehicle needed.
