BEAR AUTO REPAIR

I used to use Fox Run Auto from 2006 -2009. Since then I had new cars with warranties from the dealership. I've had nothing but problems with the dealership with my most recent vehicle. In fact when my brake line ruptured they wanted me to wait two weeks with no vehicle for service. I called Fox Run and dropped it off immediately knowing I couldn't drive the car much longer. This was Wednesday afternoon and I was told they might not get to it until Friday morning. My car was done by noon on Thursday! I received the same reliable service I received 12 years ago. Their service is trust worthy, quick and priced in line with what it should be. I highly recommend Fox Run Auto!

Robert was kind and courteous as always, they were timely and welcoming, gave us a great set of time and day options that were within a few days of our call and could not complain about a thing. They are still the silver lining of our car experience - getting towed there by AAA on our old lemon car was the best result we could have ever asked for.

I brought my car in for an oil change and as soon as I got there they brought my car in the back to begin working on it. I was there for an hour tops, and the manager was very honest with me regarding other work I needed (tires) and did not try to force me to get the work done. If the tires were in stock I would have gotten them that day but because I was leaving for a road trip I couldn't wait. I had a great experience and will be going back for other service needs.
