I had my first visit for an oil change yesterday. They are transparent about their pricing and I really appreciate that. They quickly serviced my car and gave me a printed list of other areas I should get fixed which including the projected costs. The staff and technicians were respectful and polite, and I will definitely be coming back.

Staff and technician were respectful and professional. Pricing is transparent and a great value. The technician did not pressure me to get anything additional done in that visit. They inspected my car for free and gave me a printed list of areas to fix with the projected prices, which I really appreciated. I'll be back in the future!

I’ve been bringing my 16 year old vehicle to Fox Run for the last 5 years and wish I had started sooner. They’re always polite and best service but most important, they’re HONEST!

I could list numerous wondrous ways that fox run auto tops the competition. However the one that stands forefront in my mind is their relationship with their customers. I had received a quote months ago and only recently was able to take it in. Not only did they honor that quote but even upgraded the service free of charge, in addition to providing a vehicle to use while waiting. Talk about above and beyond in service!!!
