I moved to DE from out of state last fall, and it’s always nerve-wracking to find new service providers like doctors, dentists, mechanics, etc. I chose Fox Run over other shops nearer to my home, based on online reviews, and I’m so glad I did! They diagnosed and fixed the problems that were needed to pass inspection, and even helped me change out my license plates, free of charge, when my old ones were rusted on. When I needed new brakes last week, I didn’t hesitate to call them. They got me in the next day, did a great job, and were flexible in letting me keep the car in their lot until I could get a ride to pick it up after hours. As an older woman, I know I could be an easy target for an unscrupulous shop. I appreciate the honesty and respect I receive from the mechanics at Fox Run, and recommend them to all.
