I had an amazing experience at Fox Auto. I dropped my car off for an oil change and was out in 30 mins. This was the quickest change I had in my life. The owner was able to give me a run down of my car and told me that it was in excellent shape. I will definitely be a recurring customer from now on.

Got both cars oil changed on same afternoon appointment. Also got short tour of the shop. Very efficient workshop. Very pleased with Fox Run Auto. Erv

I've been having my cars serviced by Fox Run for many years. I've recommended them to my family and anyone else who asks for recommendations. They always go above and beyond what work is requested and alert me to anything needing to be taken care of and prioritize the items needed with pricing and how desperately the work is needed. The service on my car is done as quickly as possible and I've never had a complaint. I feel confident my car is in the best of hands with Fox Run.

They took my car right back and after half an hour and a very reasonably priced oil change I was on my way within a half an hour.

I used to use Fox Run Auto from 2006 -2009. Since then I had new cars with warranties from the dealership. I've had nothing but problems with the dealership with my most recent vehicle. In fact when my brake line ruptured they wanted me to wait two weeks with no vehicle for service. I called Fox Run and dropped it off immediately knowing I couldn't drive the car much longer. This was Wednesday afternoon and I was told they might not get to it until Friday morning. My car was done by noon on Thursday! I received the same reliable service I received 12 years ago. Their service is trust worthy, quick and priced in line with what it should be. I highly recommend Fox Run Auto!

Robert was kind and courteous as always, they were timely and welcoming, gave us a great set of time and day options that were within a few days of our call and could not complain about a thing. They are still the silver lining of our car experience - getting towed there by AAA on our old lemon car was the best result we could have ever asked for.
