I cannot say enough good thing about Fox Run Auto. They truly are amazing. HONEST!!!! That is the first thing that come to mind when I think of them. I brought my Chevy Equinox in for an oil change and rotation of my tires, I also asked them to look at the snaking I was getting in my steering while driving. They could have came back to me and said I needed a front end ailment and charge me for it even though rotation of my tires is what correct the problem. Now that is honesty. They also offer groupons for oil changes which I had so my visit that day was no charge. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank Fox Run Auto for being a stand up business!
This was my first experience and they were pretty fantastic. Everything was quick and easy, everyone was helpful. They had a loaner car available and free of charge which makes things so much easier. Very happy with my experience and will be coming back!
Had my van towed in on a Sunday, I got a text from them early Monday morning, I called, explained my problem, they updated me and had my van ready that afternoon. Pricey, but you pay for good service.
