Driving it today.so far so good. I like your honesty. You stand behind your work. And as long as I've used you you've always tried to work with me is the best you can. I try to leaving you to go somebody else but pep boys I wouldn't recommend to anyone.goodyear got bad vibes from them.it's so convenient for me because don't even live at 2 miles from the shope. Thank you again Mike I think there's another Mike and Robert I really appreciate your honesty and care for people. I will send people to your to your shop. I have in the past recommended you. So I have a different car now we spent a lot of money on that other car and that was down the drain but you know what you live and learn this car we want to keep up with everything on it don't let it all get two out of hand. Mike and Mike have always given excellent recommendations, for needed repairs and completed any repairs on a timely basis.

The guys at Fox Run are always awesome, and customer service is amazing. We brought both our Van and Truck in for different reasons in the middle of the night on a tow truck, and they had them ready within hours. Always have been loyal to their customers, and we will be loyal to them.

Nice place. It gave me the vibe that there is nothing they cant fix. I watched the staff interact with an elderly customer and their treatment of her was excellent. Nice waiting room. Drinks, coffee, vending machine etc. Outdoor seating areas for smokers who are waiting. Well itemized bill. Reasonable pricing. They even troubleshoot and advise, but they do not push additional work. Will recommend.

My starting problem was diagnosed and dealt with accurately and promptly. The towing service is also exemplary.
