I went there to see if I needed a 4 wheel alignment. They said it would take about an hour. I went to go get lunch and shortly after I started eating, they called and said it was fine, not out of alignment and I could pick it up. They could have easily just have kept it the whole time, said it was fixed and charged me, but did not. What they did is a perfect way to conduct business and build trust. There are so many negative connotations associated with mechanics that it is hard to know who to trust but by doing this, they have my trust for any future issues with my cars I might have. Way to go guys! Much appreciated...you have a new customer for life!

While I was there, I listened to several service explanations that were provided to other customers and I was impressed. For services that didn't require immediate action, customers were advised of the current state and informed when service might be needed instead of pressured to get the work done then. Refreshing! I have synthetic motor oil, so I have a few thousand miles left before I need an oil change. I'll definitely book an appointment at your shop to have that done!

Very straightforward. Told me my engine has an issue and will be a large amount to fix. Decided to junk my car. Easy decision. Allowed me to store the car for a day till I could tow it.

I have been a customer since moving to Delaware 5 yrs ago. Recently, I had a major repair done. I spoke with Mike to arrange my service. I was made to feel like he was speaking to a friend and put me at ease. I was given a honest expectation for when he could get me in for the service and approximate time to do the job. No empty promises were given. As always, my car was repaired without need to return. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else.

There was issue and Mike and corrected it without any problems.
