However, it's important to do our part by implementing social distancing measures until the coronavirus situation is resolved. None of us know exactly when that will be or when things will return to "normal," so we all have to make temporary adjustments for the greater good.

As mentioned a few weeks ago after Delaware's statewide shelter at home order went into effect, Fox Run Auto remains open for business with automotive repair being an essential service. People still need their cars running right. Some are even using this time to get maintenance or repairs that they have been putting off. Whatever you need us for, Fox Run Auto is ready to serve you. We have put many new safety and sanitization precautions in place at our shop, and we are encouraging our customers to call first before coming to the shop.
Using the Customer Drop Box
To help maintain better social distancing, we have an after-hours drop box available to drop off and pick up your vehicle without having to come into the office. When you call ahead, we can schedule service appointments and coordinate. This way, we don't have a bunch of customers all showing up at the same time and causing crowds. The more organized things are, the better it is for everyone right now.
Vehicle Delivery and Pick Up
We also offer vehicle delivery and pick up services upon request. If you are feeling sick or in a high-risk group, please stay safe at home and call Fox Run Auto at (302) 597-9205 and we will make special arrangements to get your vehicle to and from our shop. We understand the importance of staying in self-quarantine when you can, so we'll do everything in our power to help you get your automotive needs taken care of while you enjoy the safety of your own home.
