During normal times, Fox Run Auto is busy trying to help as many customers as we can each and every day. People call ahead to book appointments, they schedule service visits online and many just stop by our shop in Bear to try and squeeze in the same day. We always do everything we can to accommodate everyone and their busy schedules.
Keeping People Safe
However, things aren't exactly "normal" these days because of COVID-19. Even as the Northern Delaware economy slowly opens back up this summer, but we will still be required to follow social distancing precautions to help protect our customers and our staff. Because of this, we are asking our customers to call ahead if they can. It helps us keep the shop's work flow more organized while taking better care of our customers in the process.
Whether you call ahead to book your service appointment or you schedule it on the Fox Run Auto website, we can arrange a convenient time for you to bring your vehicle in for an inspection, maintenance services and/or repairs. This will help prevent crowds and back-ups at the shop, which is important for maintaining better social distancing.
Vehicle Pick Up, Delivery and Drop Off
In addition, we are gladly making special arrangements to help our customers during these unique times. Many are taking advantage of our after-hours drop box to drop off and pick up their cars without having to interact with anyone directly. We can provide all the information you need over the phone and through emails. On this same note, we have been using Fox Run Auto's towing services to offering vehicle pick-up and delivery to anyone quarantining at home because they are sick or in a high-risk group. Any first responders and medical workers can also call us if we need to make special arrangements around your busy work schedule. We are here to help however we can!

At Fox Run Auto, we want to do our part to provide essential auto repair services while also doing our part to keep people feeling safe and secure. We can't wait for this virus to be a thing of the past and get back to business as usual.
