"I've been relying on Fox Run Auto to maintain and repair my automobiles since 2002 and they have never disappointed me," Roy writes. "I let them do all the heavy lifting. I drop off my vehicle to be serviced on my day off from work either the night before or early the next day with an explanation of the problem or the need. Then I go home and do whatever I have to do around the house."
Roy is a customer who already has some solid knowledge of his cars, so he often has a pretty good idea of what might be wrong when he brings a vehicle into our shop. Still, he knows to trust our auto repair experts to perform an inspection that will either verify the problem he thought he had or identify the actual issue that needs to be repairs. It may be a damaged part or a simple fluid leak. In some cases it's a minor concern where regular maintenance will take care of it. In others, major repairs may be recommended. Once our team performs the inspection, then we can give him a detailed and accurate repair estimate.
"One of the Mikes always call me within a reasonable amount of time with their diagnosis, solution and cost estimate, and they typically have my vehicle ready for me by the end of their work day," Roy adds. "The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and their prices are reasonable. I recommend them to everyone who tells me that they need an automobile mechanic.
