Mike was driving along when one of his tires blew out. He pulled over to the side of the road and called Fox Run Auto for roadside assistance. Mike wrote a recent online review talking about his experience with our tow truck driver and auto shop.
"Thank you so much for your help and quick response to my situation," Mike writes. "Your driver showed up within 20 minutes of my call and immediately changed my tire."
Mike then brought his car into Fox Run Auto to see if his damaged tire could be repaired and to have our technicians inspect the rest of his tires. He knew at least a couple of them had pretty low treads. After our team looked over his tires, it was determined that the one flat tire and one of the other tires definitely needed to be replaced.
Mike Accursi and Robert Hurt (Fox Run Auto service managers) walked Mike through the inspection report and gave him price estimates for two new tires and installation services.
"Upon my arrival at your shop, Robert and Mike immediately took care of me," Mike adds. "Robert ordered 2 new tires and had them mounted on my car. I was back on the road the same afternoon."
