Though he’s been with us for almost a year now, Vincent Nesci (or just “Vinny”) is an integral part of the Fox Run Auto team. He is still considered one of the newer faces around the shop because we have so many longtime employees. Vinny is our Fleet & Warranty Service Advisor. He works directly with fleet accounts, warrantied repair coordination and general customer service. Vinny’s Role at Fox Run Auto Vinny helps oversee the service needs and requirements of customers and their vehicles. He works closely with our auto repair technicians to understand which repair and maintenance services are recommended. Then, he consults with our customers to provide them with the necessary guidance and support throughout the repair process. Robert Hurt (better known to us as just Rob) recently joined the Fox Run Auto team as an Automotive Service Advisor. He will be vital to the shop as he is responsible for taking care of our customers. After all, providing excellent customer service is always the number one priority at Fox Run Auto. Customer Service is Key Rob will be helping customers, whether they call in or stop by the shop. He will also be working closely with the technicians in the repair center, reviewing what needs to be done and then relaying that back to the vehicle owners. This communication is so important because it allows customers to make informed decisions based on accurate inspections and repair estimates. Long before the doors open at Fox Run Auto every morning, you can usually expect to find our General Manager, Mike Accursi, already at work. He’s putting on the coffee (with at least one cup set aside for himself). He’s gathering the keys from the drop box and trying to decipher the scribbled handwriting on those overnight service requests from panicked car owners. Leading by Example That’s just what happens before the day officially starts for Mike. Once the doors open, he’s busy setting the daily schedules, matching each automotive repair job with the right technician(s) and he’s reviewing the work done from the day before. Then, he’s up front at the service counter, consulting with customers and helping them make the best repair decisions.
