Robert Hurt joined the Fox Run Auto team earlier this year, but he is already making a positive impact. The guys in the shop enjoy working with him and customers love his friendly approach to service. Just ask Shalanda, who recently came into the shop for auto repairs and dealt with Rob as her Service Advisor. She was nice enough to share a review about her service experience. A longtime Fox Run Auto customer that goes by the initials A.L. recently shared a review online of his experience with this Bear, DE auto repair shop. He's been a customer for many years, going back to when we had four Mikes working at the shop. Two have since retired and Robert Hurt recently joined the Fox Run Auto service team. This customer needed auto repair help twice and found our team to be dependable in keeping his "forever car" running well. Jonathan was desperate. He was driving along Route 1 when his timing belt snapped. He called for roadside assistance and the tow truck brought his vehicle to Fox Run Auto in Bear, DE. Jonathan was ultimately very glad with the decision as evidenced by his recent review on Google. "If you are looking for an honest, quality 'good ol' garage, this is the place," Jonathan writes. "Mike [Accursi, General Manager] explained my options due to the fact that my motor was an 'interference' and the job may not work." You see, the set-up of Jonathan's older car was awkward. The arrangement of the engine and other components in relation to the timing belt made it difficult to simply replace the belt.
