Matthew had an automotive situation he needed resolved quickly. He had taken his car into the Delaware DMV for registration and needed to pass their inspection. Unfortunately, the vehicle failed because of one minor issue. Matthew decided to bring his car into Fox Run Auto to get it looked at and hopefully resolve the issue quickly. He needed to get his car registered as soon as possible. After the Fox Run Auto team performed their own inspection and compared their findings with the DMV report, they knew exactly what needed to be fixed. Darin knows he can always count on the team at Fox Run Auto to take care of any automotive problems in a professional and honest manner. This was again the case when he brought his van into our shop because of some electrical problems. His check engine light was on, so he turned to Fox Run Auto to diagnose the issue and get it fixed quickly. "Like always, the Fox Run Crew takes care of you!" Darin says. "Our van had a check engine light on, and it was diagnosed as one of the sensors. But, it was fused/rusted to the main wiring harness on the vehicle." Lisa is a AAA member. When her car recently broke down, she called to have it towed to a local auto repair shop. The tow truck dropped her vehicle off at Fox Run Auto in Bear. We offer certified AAA towing and roadside assistance services, along with our fully equipped automotive repair center that is the only AAA-certified repair facility in this area. Once our auto repair technicians were able to perform diagnostic tests and inspect Lisa's vehicle, they were able to determine that the starter had failed. This is a common issue. We were able to track down a replacement part to match her car, and we got it to the shop as quickly as possible. Andrew and his family recently moved to Northern Delaware, but they were already familiar with Fox Run Auto from a previous experience. Now, they already know they have a local auto shop they can trust for all their automotive repair and maintenance needs. "Just moved here from Pensacola, FL," Andrew says.
