Shaniqua needed new tires for her car, so she went to Fox Run Auto. She had been to our shop for automotive work in the past, so she felt comfortable trusting our team with her tire replacement. "This was my second time doing business here and my experience was just as wonderful as the first experience!" Shaniqua says. "Customer service here is top notch." Shaniqua had to drop her car off at our shop and then get to work. We knew the repair technicians were extra busy that day and we may not get to her tire replacement until the following morning. Mike's wife drives a Honda. When driving to work one day, her check engine light came on and started flashing. She reached out to the dealership first, but wasn't satisfied with the response they provided. That's when Mike called Fox Run Auto on her behalf. "She made it to work and then called Martin Honda to see what the issue might be," Mike says.
