We rarely give price quotes for repairs over the phone because that simply doesn't make sense. Our technicians need to look over the vehicle in person and know exactly what's wrong. Giving prices over the phone is just a guessing game and that's not how we do business.
Inspection Report & Repair Estimates
Once the initial inspection is complete, we will provide you with a detailed inspection report. One of our service advisors will walk through the information with you, so you know everything we found and how significant any issues are. There may be some repairs that are urgent while other things can wait until later (but are still worth noting in the report). For any repairs and maintenance services we do recommend, we will provide an accurate price estimate for parts and labor. This way, you know what it will take to get the work done properly.
Knowledge is Power
We will not perform any repairs without your authorization. This is why we offer the upfront inspection and report. We provide you with the information and insight you need to make your own decisions about how to proceed. You are welcome to take your vehicle to another local shop for a second opinion. We'll simply let you know what automotive issues we feel need to be addressed and we'll gladly answer any questions you have. The final decision to move forward with any repairs is completely up to you.
