Angie recently visited Fox Run Auto for a diagnosis and repairs on her car. Our team provided a thorough vehicle inspection and presented her with a detailed inspection report before she authorized the necessary repairs. Here is what she had to say about her customer service experience at our shop: "Very good service and 'social distancing,'" Angie says. "Prompt and honest about changes, and provided a full breakdown of repairs with pricing that would need to be done in the future." First of all, Angie, thank you for writing your review. We always appreciate any feedback from our customers as it helps keep us pushing to be the best we can be. When your car, truck or SUV is due for an oil change, you should never wait too long. Most modern vehicles will let you know precisely when service is needed. On older vehicles, you may just have to watch the mileage or check the calendar (usually every 3-6 months, depending on how often your vehicle requires service).
