What is a Catalytic Converter?

What is a Catalytic Converter?

Donna listened to some of the conversations that our service staff was having with other customers and she was impressed by the communication. "While I was there, I listened to several service explanations that were provided to other customers and I was impressed," Donna says. "For services that didn't require immediate action, customers were advised of the current state and informed when service might be needed—instead of being pressured to get the work done then. Refreshing!" At Fox Run Auto, we aren't in the business of "upselling" customers on parts or services that they don't necessarily need. We believe in telling it like it is.
